Hey, y’all! I’m Kimy. Welcome to Alabama and welcome to my website where I hope to inspire you to take the next step into homesteading and a cleaner lifestyle (God knows if this girl can do it, so can you) or you can just come hang out with me while you drink your morning or afternoon coffee and read about homesteading tips, cleaning recipes that I use and just random things that hopefully will help you improve your life. I’m a stay at home mom, I have 2 kids, which I home-school, a bunch of dogs, A LOT of chickens, and Honey Bees. I love to garden, paint, redo furniture, go thrift shopping, spend time with the people I love, and work to improve our homestead. I also love to drink coffee. We are currently working to improve our land and add more animals. We just recently bought 7 1/2 acres. We’ve been working toward being more self-sufficient the past couple of years as a family. I’ve also started coming up with ways to cut out toxic chemicals in our everyday lives, too, whether it’s the food we eat or the products we use on our skin, etcetera.
